Q: Do I need to be home when you clean?
A: Totally up to you ! Many of our clients give us secure access, or use a lockbox system for convenience. Whether you’re home or not, we’ll take care of everything safely and professionally.

Q: How far in advance should I book my cleaning?
A: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for deep cleans or weekend appointments. The earlier, the better!

Pricing & Payments

Q: How do you determine the price?
A: Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning, and any special requests. For an accurate quote, we’d be happy to provide a free estimate.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Tap to pay, Zelle, and Cash.

Payment is typically due at the time of service for your convenience.

A: The time it takes depends on the size and condition of your space. For example, 2-bedroom apartment typically takes about 2–4 hours.

A: Yes, we offer special rates for clients who book weekly, monthly , & bi weekly cleanings.

Q: Do you offer Senior citizen discounts?

A: Yes, we offer special rates for clients +65 and older.

Q: Do you offer Veterans Discounts?

A: Yes, we offer special rates for veterans.

Q: What if I'm not happy with the service?


A: Your satisfaction is our priority! If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, just reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right—at no additional cost to you.
